This is my report on the Serametrix partnership. I believe it is the most significant announcement in recent company history as the partnership provides third party validation of the efficacy of Cchek.

this morning illustrates my charting point, hapy. up 15% premarket on the positive press releases, yet opens flat on the dilution news. which will carry the day? charting is fine for an established equity. a growth company's stock price movement is driven by events, though, in my opinion. hopefully itus will get to a point where charting has more relevance.

Seems like the fact that this latest press release is huge news is finally sinking into the share price.

Thanks Happy for telling CM, older friends, market makers, and shorts.  You and our president share common traits; both showing your hand to enemies while at the card table.  That is the strategy of a loser pure and simple.  Congrats on sharing the same IQ as our commander in chief;slightly above plant life.

You make terrible mistakes; you pronounce frequent contacts with Charlie who signs his name differently which you should know.

Happy promotes his technical analysis skills to his older friends; he fails to understand that is an impediment to the big picture being achieved without his short term objectives becoming obstacles.

Technical analysis no longer exists....because it never did. News makes charts. It's all crap. There is no argument. Even F'ing Buffett admit's he missed Big Tech. It's astrology. Staring at you belly button.

Why is a bank's investment officer following  technical analysis in a stock  they cannot invest in?

The SEC filings explain a lot about recent stock price activity.

An objective perspective is one that is not influenced by emotions, opinions, or personal feelings - it is a perspective based in fact, in things quantifiable and measurable. A subjective perspective is one open to greater interpretation based on personal feeling, emotion, aesthetics, etc

Happy,

Thank you for the subjective opinion after the recent objective opinion.  Strange contradictions prevail.
