So for $145 million dollars and 33 years, you ended up with $9 million in patent infringement rights. You ended up with no cutting edge display, no groundbreaking inventions, $9 million, that's it.

The ask in the lawsuit was $300 million, the get was $9 million.

Yes, this was all worth it.

Well,

Here it is.

A nine million dollar end to a saga that went on for decades. Secret displays, meetings before and after the shareholder meetings with Copytele executives. "Insider" information and innuendo. Hundreds of millions of dollars in Magicom orders, factories in China. Deals with Indians, Russians, Asians, All bullshit. All amounted to nothing but fabrication.

I wonder what level of satisfaction Copy longs now feel. The pay day was less than Denis and Frank made selling Copytele stock.

Now comes the time when all good things must come to an end, and now the curtain will slowly fall on Copytele.

glhays,  I know it may be hard to believe but thefatlady is telling the truth when she says "that's not me"  I assure you I am not thefatlady, nor do I care to be.  I have no doubt that the auo settlement is very disappointing for all you long term holders but the fact of the matter is, and I challenge Fat to deny it, ITUS has now made significant revenue.(9 MIL) Its only up hill from here... SO HOW DO YOU GET UP HILL FROM HERE? Well thefatlady must be seeing change because she just told you all the answer..... ONE SIMPLE LAWSUIT AT A TIME. (You just might want to chart that Fat)

Nine Million in revenue.

The cost of that revenue was about $145 million dollars spent over 33 years.

I therefore deduce as a card carrying member in the junior accountants club that a loss of roughly $136 million dollars has occurred.

So no, nine million dollars really isn't that much money in the world of big business. More importantly, you forgot to factor in what the law firm will get for settling the case, what costs Copytele incurred as a result of bringing the case, the salaries, rent, utilities, and benefits during the year plus that Copytele brought the suit to bear.

So you've got hundreds of millions of common shares, a slew of preferred shares, and about six million bucks to your name.

Wow. What excitement.

Have any of you half wits called Tenio and asked to see the display that you put your hopes, dreams, and retirements into?

Let's see fat:  you started posting on 01/03/2011.  And you have made 1725 posts predicting the imminent demise of COPY/ITUS.

You have been consistently wrong all that time, and your main concern is ITUS Longs being wrong?

What's wrong with this picture?

You're at a dime,

the big lawsuit turned out to be a non-event, and J-Channel is expired.

Yeah, you've had the thing pegged right the whole time Brucie.

Outside of some diving saves to keep the company in business, they would have been all done.

PS, when's the big distribution of wealth coming from Copytele to shareholders?

LOL.

She's fighting to stick at a dime.

What's the story? One open lawsuit against a technology (VPN) copytele never developed or sold?

Wow. Not even a story to tell any longer.
